We have held the Charter Mark award since 2001. It confirms our belief that we are a housing association who delivers excellence in public service.

The Charter Mark assessor described us as:

"an innovative and progressive organisation characterised by a successful blend of experience, enthusiasm, openness and professionalism. Staff are committed to the Association's vision for housing policy and regeneration activity in Tower Hamlets. This is to provide high quality, affordable housing and to build sustainable and confident communities. You attach high priority to involving your users in all aspects of your work and service delivery."
