What do you get if you mix a traditional mainstream housing association with a tiny black and minority ethnic landlord? Not necessarily what you expect!

The birth of Gateway was covered by Inside Housing journalist Caroline Thorpe.

Caroline spent a day with the association, talking to staff and residents from both Labo and BGVPHA, getting the inside scoop on how Gateway was conceived and leading up to its launch on 1 April 2008.
