Join the 100 Club!

KidsWhat is the 100 Club? - The 100 Club is a consumer panel of residents. Feedback from residents on our services is very important so we can continue to improve.

What does it involve? - Every 3 months you will be sent a short survey on one of our services. You can fill it at home - most only take about 10 minutes to complete. Then return it to us. You can also carry out the survey over the phone, if you prefer.

What happens to the results of the questionnaire? - We will print a summary of the most recent survey in Open Door, our residents' newsletter, along with updates of what improvements are being made to the service.

How can I join? - We are keen to increase membership - the more members, the more representative the results.
