Cleaning

Reeves Road 2 Cleaning of communal areas is carried out on a regular basis which is agreed in advance with your block. This is inclulded in your service charge. Cleaning can include:

  • communal corridors, stairs and landings
  • entrance areas (outside and inside)
  • communal windows (internal)
  • sweeping of car parks and pathways
  • bin areas
  • other areas specific to your block.

If you have any comments or issues about the cleaning of your block, please contact us.

Grounds maintenance

If your scheme or block has a garden, we will provide a regular grounds maintenance service, which is agreed with your block. This is included in your service charge.

Estate inspections

We carry out estate inspections every 8 weeks. They are done by the housing officer and a resident representative.

Areas of concern or outstanding issues are reported and the results of the inspections are reported to the Residents' Forum and displayed on the notice board at the scheme.

Areas that are inspected include:

  • car parks and garages
  • paths and walkways
  • estate roads
  • bin areas
  • entrances
  • stairs
  • corridors and landings
  • other communal areas.
